Xeikon International invites an HQ Service Engineer to install, commission and service our dry-toner printing engines at customers across EMEA and beyond.

After training, you’ll take full ownership of service interventions on behalf of Xeikon Headquarters, travel up to 75% and work with English and Dutch speakers. The role demands hands-on mechanical expertise, strong problem solving and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Up to 75% global travel.
• English and Dutch; any additional language is a plus.
• Some years of experience in machine maintenance or field engineering is considered a plus.
• Capable of working with a multi-meter.
• Hands-on and customer-oriented.
• Analytical skills: translates information into pragmatic analyses and actions.
• Ability to learn new information relevant to work.

Xeikon International designs, produces and sells high-quality digital color production printers. Xeikon is a world leader in industrial and commercial printing like commercial brochures, direct marketing, labels and packaging. In 2015 Xeikon became part of Flint Group.

We are looking for an HQ Service Engineer

Mission

Your primary responsibility is to install, commission and service our Xeikon dry-toner printing engines at customers.

After extensive training, you will take full ownership of service interventions on behalf of Xeikon Headquarters across EMEA and the Rest of the World.

• Installation and commissioning of Xeikon digital print engine (inkjet)
• Global Service interventions
• Take ownership of an installation and/or service interventions
• Report any quality-related issues internally and follow-up.

Requirements

• Up to 75% global travel
• English and Dutch; any additional language is a plus
• Knowledge and skills
• Some years of experience in machine maintenance or field engineering is considered a plus.
• Capable of working with a multi-meter
• Experience as a mechanical engineer
• Good analytic skills and a quick learner of technical data
• Hands-on mentality and customer-oriented
