MetiSelect is seeking a Field Service Engineer for its international EMEA service team based near Merchtem, Belgium. You’ll split time between on-site visits across the EMEA region and the Merchtem service center, performing diagnostics, maintenance and repairs with a strong customer focus.

You’ll travel approximately 40-50% internationally, troubleshoot electrical systems and industrial electronics, and train customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French, English, and German; communicates across the EMEA region.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and industrial electronics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting/repair of industrial electronics or control systems.
• At least 2 years in field service, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing.
• Willingness for ~50% international travel.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues with industrial measurement equipment and control technologies.
• Install, configure, and commission equipment at customer sites across the EMEA region.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and failure analysis at customer sites and Merchtem workshop.
• Provide professional technical support remotely and on-site.
• Document interventions and maintain service records from start to finish.
• Collaborate with international teams for improvements.
