Alan is hiring in Belgium for a Senior Pre-Sales role within the Enterprise and Public Sector Sales team. You will lead the Pre-Sales strategy on complex deals, collaborate with Sales and Product experts, and evangelize our services to top customers while shaping the roadmap with the voice of the customer.

Based in Belgium, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage stakeholder expectations, and help drive rapid, high-impact onboardings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Fluent Dutch or French, written and verbal.
• Based in Belgium.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Ability to pitch a product clearly without overselling it.
• Ability to elicit requirements and identify root causes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Pre-sales strategy on the most complex deals.
• Enable Sales with insights, expertise and relevant tools.
• Listen to prospect needs and align Alan's offering accordingly.
• Assess prospect fit and participate in RFP submissions with Sales, Insurance and Product experts.
• Evangelize Alan's services and products during the customer journey.
• Feed the platform roadmap with the Voice of the Customer.
