Alan in Belgium is hiring a senior field marketer to drive enterprise and public sector partnerships. You will map target accounts, design events and thought leadership activities, and coordinate with sales to build a qualified pipeline.

You’ll lead rooms where HR leaders gather, secure speaking slots, and measure ROI to optimize spend. Fluency in Dutch or French and English is expected, with experience in the Belgian business landscape.

Competenze

• 4+ years in B2B field marketing, events or account-based marketing.
• Strong network with Belgian executives.
• Experience designing attendee experiences and events.
• Proven ability to translate activities into a measurable pipeline.
• Organized, autonomous and able to build a new function from scratch.
• Native or near-native Dutch and/or French; fluent English.

Mansioni

• Map target accounts starting from 2027 Enterprise & Public target accounts and plan engagement.
• Lead HR think tanks and secure speaking slots; design intimate dinners and roundtables.
• Turn presence into pipeline by coordinating with Enterprise and Public AEs; ensure each lead has a owner and follow-up.
• Measure ROI and re-allocate budget based on performance.
