Job summary

Alan Belgium is hiring for an inbound sales role that supports prospects through the online buying journey. You will advise on insurance products, respond to questions, and work to close contracts with small businesses and freelancers.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills (written and oral) in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Active listening to understand prospect needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Drive and assertiveness to move a sales cycle toward a close.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing.
• Ambition to build a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Help prospects through Alan’s self-serve buying process: quotes, chats, meetings, callbacks.
• Proactively reach out, advise on relevant insurance products, and demonstrate Alan’s value.
• Close contracts and contribute to growth in the Belgian market.
• Manage your sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
