Tenos is seeking a Freelance C&B Manager to lead payroll and C&B across Belgium, the Netherlands and France. You will partner with the Regional HR Manager and C&B Director, combining operational duties with project and change management.

You will oversee a regional payroll team, drive policy updates, and manage projects such as pay transparency and bonus schemes, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliant processes in multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Extensive C&B experience with project implementations and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of social legislation and payroll processes impact on C&B.
• Hands-on, proactive and independent with ownership mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with operational and strategic stakeholders.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, time registration systems and eBlox a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operationally manage the regional Payroll team (5 FTE) and ensure payroll quality.
• Coordinate day-to-day C&B processes and advise the business on C&B matters.
• Lead change and projects for C&B implementations like pay transparency and bonus schemes.
• Oversee merit review, bonus and warrant cycle and social legislation translation.
• Coordinate C&B solutions with the Payroll team and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare internal communications about C&B changes and transition to new payroll systems.
