Tenos is seeking a Freelance HR Business Partner for the Region Antwerp. You will report to the Regional HR Manager and act as a key sparring partner for employees, managers and stakeholders, covering the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

The role involves facilitating team dynamics workshops, supporting Talent Acquisition, driving HR projects, and continuously professionalising HR processes to ensure a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner supporting both blue- and white-collar employees.
• Knowledge of social legislation and industrial/engineering environments is a plus.
• Empathetic communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as an HR sparring partner for employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters.
• Coordinate full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure collaboration across teams.
