Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Greece is seeking a customer service specialist to support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat. This is a remote role within Greece with relocation assistance and a base salary of €1,300–€1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year, plus performance bonuses on selected projects.

Work five days per week, eight hours daily, with rotating days off. Proficiency in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2+), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal right to work in Greece; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers with product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases, keep accurate records, and escalate.
• Follow service procedures and meet quality standards.
