Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to support inquiries by phone, email, and chat. This role is remote within Greece, with relocation required for candidates based outside Greece.

The position offers a base salary of €1,300–€1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year, plus performance bonuses on selected projects. Work is five days a week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off, and relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Some projects require C1.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers with product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases, keep accurate records, and escalate.
• Follow service procedures and meet quality standards.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300 – €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Bonus:Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
RelocationSupport:flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
