Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service representative to support clients by phone, email and chat from a remote position in Greece. You will handle product, account, payment and technical issues, with a focus on timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong Dutch and English language skills, excellent communication, and comfortable use of CRM tools. You may receive relocation support if moving to Greece; regular shifts are five days per

Join an international customer service team and support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.

This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300 – €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Bonus:Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
RelocationSupport:flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
