Job summary

Orange in Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather business needs, translate them into detailed use cases and rules, and deliver clear documentation for IT teams. You will define acceptance criteria and support testing to ensure a smooth customer and internal user experience.

You will work with Product Owners, developers, UX designers, and stakeholders to align requirements with technical feasibility, manage cross-functional collaboration, and validate end-to-end through UAT

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear inputs for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business needs for standard projects and translate them into detailed Use Cases and Business Rules.
• Produce clear, structured documentation for IT teams and define testable acceptance criteria.
