Edenred BeLux is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Brussels to work with the Middle Office team on transversal topics across Agile teams. You will cover the lead to contract process, ordering, valuing and billing for stakeholders including Users, Clients and Merchants across Benefits, Engagement and Mobility products.

The role requires at least 3 years in the digital field, strong analytical and documentation skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the digital field as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications, analysis documents and status reports.
• Experience with Agile Product Management and Jira/Confluence.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong customer orientation and multi-level stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Business analysis & modelling across departments to support functions.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria with key users and Product Owners.
• Collaborate with development teams; lead validation with end users in sprints.
• Provide application support and assist in production changes.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through testing and documentation.
