Job summary

Orange in Belgium seeks a Technology Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions within the Fixed Network Factory (FNF). You will gather requirements, manage a structured backlog, and collaborate with IT stakeholders to design and validate solutions.

You’ll oversee testing, change management and ongoing improvements, reporting to leadership. You will work across Bruxelles, Gosselies and Ans with hybrid presence, leveraging your 3+ years of BA experience in IT/telecom and fluent

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in IT/telecom or related field.
Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or telecom.
Ability to translate business language into technical specifications.
Experience with Confluence, JIRA or similar tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proactive, autonomous and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent French and English.

Responsibilities

Gather, challenge and prioritize operational requirements with value.
Create and maintain a structured backlog of tools and system needs.
Facilitate workshops and align with IT SPoCs as business owner for IT activities.
Oversee end-to-end acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Support deployment, adoption, and ongoing process improvements.
Regularly report progress, risks and issues to management.
