Editx in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst IT to bridge business needs with technical solutions for Proximus Global's Voice and Cloud Communication services. This permanent CDI role requires on-site presence 2–3 days per week and close collaboration with stakeholders.

You will gather requirements, translate them into system specs, manage backlogs with the Product Owner, and produce clear documentation to guide agile delivery.

Responsabilités

• Building and maintaining a strong and trustful relationship with stakeholders via solid communication and close collaboration.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and problem definitions, translating them into system requirements.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog with the support of the Product Owner in a continuous collaborative mode.
• Conduct meetings and closely collaborate with the business community, end-users, platform owners, engineers, architects, developers, QA teams, process manager and external partners to shape and deliver effective business solutions.
• Determine the detailed specifications required to develop and improve the business applications.
• Achieve consensus by reconciling business needs, technical/security/legal constraints and architecture principles.
• Ensure accurate and evolving effort estimations from project inception through detailed design and backlog management, enabling realistic planning and resource allocation.
• Producing and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation artefacts (user stories, functional specifications, etc.).

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst IT, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and supporting Agile development teams to deliver high-impact functionalities for BICS Voice and Cloud Communication services as part of Proximus Global. This position is a permanent contract (CDI) and is not a freelance opportunity. The role requires on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week.
