Meininger Brussels GmbH is seeking a full-time Receptionist (f/m/d) at the MEININGER Hotel Bruxelles City Center. You will ensure guests have a memorable stay and be the first point of contact for inquiries.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of receptionist experience, an outgoing personality, and is fluent in French and English. Benefits include attractive compensation, extra holidays, and opportunities for personal growth.

Responsibilities

• You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
• You are in charge of the well‑being of our guests from check‑in to check‑out
• You’re also the first point of contact for suppliers and external technicians
• You respond to guests’ questions and inquiries and direct them to local attractions and activities
• You handle operational and administrative tasks such as invoicing, answering e‑mails and online requests
• You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while working inclusively
• You’re flexible and work all days of the week, early or late, including weekends and public holidays
• You work well in a team and support other departments when needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as receptionist
• Outgoing personality and enjoyment of a dynamic environment with varied tasks
• People‑person who likes helping others and creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Team player ready to tackle challenges together
• Good knowledge of front‑office systems (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
• Fluent in French and English (solid B1‑B2 level)
• Availability for weekends, public holidays, day and night shifts
