NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Intern to be a key ambassador for our hotels. After training, you will check guests in and out, handle routine front desk tasks, and support guest services with a friendly, proactive approach.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere, so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
