Job summary

MEININGER Bruxelles Gare du Midi is seeking a friendly breakfast staff member to welcome guests and manage the breakfast buffet. You will set up and remove stations, advise on food options, and ensure a varied, appealing display while maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch is advantageous. Flexible to early shifts, weekends, and holidays; prior hospitality experience is preferred. On-site role with team events and staff discounts offered.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or service experience preferred.
• English fluency; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove the breakfast buffet.
• Ensure sufficient quantity and diverse presentation of food and drinks.
• Prepare simple cold dishes and advise guests on ingredients.
• Host breakfast, inform guests about offers and F&B.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness per guidelines.
• Monitor stock and place orders for food and consumables.
