Randstad Digital Belgium is seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow our Public Sector vertical in Belgium. You will own strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and technology leaders, shaping transformation priorities and assembling the right expertise from across Randstad Digital to create durable value.

You will drive growth, manage portfolio performance including P&L, and build a capable team of Account Managers, recruiters and IT professionals.

Qualifications

Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
Track record of growing accounts and defining growth strategies.
Comfort translating transformation priorities into commercial propositions.

Responsabilités

Define and execute growth strategy for the Public Sector vertical.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across public institutions.
Identify and develop strategic opportunities across existing and new accounts.
Position Randstad Digital's capabilities across digital government, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity and modernisation.
Connect Belgian clients with European and global expertise.
Develop and empower a team of Account Managers, recruiters and IT professionals.
Own portfolio performance, P&L and long-term client value.
