NTT DATA Belgium is seeking a Manager to reinforce its Digital Strategy and Advisory team in Brussels. You will develop account strategies for European institutions, lead public sector projects, and drive business development with a focus on digital transformation and organizational change.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 9+ years in management consulting, with fluent English and French a plus. You will mentor teams and shape client delivery in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA, Economics, Engineering) required.
• 9+ years in management consulting or equivalent.
• Experience with European institutions (DG TAXUD, EIB, ECB, EIF) required.
• Proven ability in public procurement and bid management.
• Strong digital transformation experience and change programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account strategies for DG TAXUD, EIB, ECB, EIF.
• Lead business development and build long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities, lead proposals, and manage tenders.
• Oversee consulting projects in digital transformation and strategy.
• Define methodologies, scope, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Supervise and coach teams of consultants; mentor growth.
• Share expertise and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
