5th Floor is seeking a senior business development professional to drive IT services sales in the Belgian public sector, across federal, regional and local authorities.

You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, build a strong network of decision-makers, apply ABM strategies, and collaborate with product, marketing and delivery teams to close high-value opportunities. Fluent in French and Dutch; English is an additional working language.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT services sales experience in the Belgian public sector.
• Proven track record of opening/closing long-cycle B2B opportunities.
• Strong account strategy and ABM approaches.
• Autonomy, structured, execution-minded with results focus.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English is an additional working language.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities within the Belgian public sector.
• Open doors and build a lasting network across decision-makers and procurement stakeholders.
• Own the full commercial cycle from first contact to signed contract.
• Manage long sales cycles of 12 to 18 months with discipline and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing and delivery.
