AVENTA in Brussels is seeking a Business Process Manager (BPM) for the NCC to own end-to-end processes in Congestion Management, Operational Planning, and Real-Time Grid Operations. You will translate market evolutions into safe, executable workflows for control room operators and ensure alignment with ENTSO-E standards.

You will collaborate with product teams and IT to design, validate, and implement process improvements, driving digital tool integration and training.

Formación

• Bilingual English + Dutch or French; English working language for EU coordination.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and grid operations is required.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, and IT collaboration.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and translate market changes into workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own full lifecycle of assigned operational processes across planning horizons.
• Translate market design evolutions, regulatory changes, and new digital capabilities into operational workflows.
• Collaborate with product teams to validate tool design and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Lead operational integration of new tools and capabilities with training and SOPs.
• Act as primary process reference for control room operators and stakeholders.
