Elia Group in Brussels is seeking a Teamlead Real-Time Grid Data Operations to drive high‑quality real-time data for the EMS and support digital transformation.

You will lead a team, define KPIs/SLAs, manage backlogs, and collaborate with EMS Product Teams, TSO partners and internal stakeholders to ensure data availability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering or energy engineering.
• Strong understanding of high‑voltage grid operation and modelling.
• Experience with EMS/SCADA or similar data platforms is preferred.
• Experience with incident and problem management in critical environments.
• KPI, dashboards and data quality concepts applied to real‑time data.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team to ensure quality, reliability, availability and security of operational data with defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end data processes across national and regional control centres.
• Prioritise and plan the team backlog; handle data processing requests and technical issues.
• Address incidents, ensure structured follow‑up and prevent recurrence.
• Provide dashboards and reports on data quality, backlog progress and team performance.
