Job summary

The Elia Group National Control Center (NCC) is seeking a Business Process Manager to own and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes. You will ensure coherent, safe and executable processes across grid operations, market interfaces and IT products.

The role emphasizes translating market designs into workflows and leading the rollout of new tools with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required, with a master’s degree in electrical engineering

Qualifications

Fluent in English; ability to read, write and speak clearly.
French or Dutch fluency is required for daily collaboration.
Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
Energy sector experience is a plus, especially in system operations.
Experience as a business stakeholder supporting IT development of digital solutions.
Knowledge of congestion management at national or cross-border level is a strong plus.
Strong client orientation, analytical thinking, and structured communication.

Responsibilities

Own and improve end-to-end operational processes across domains.
Translate market designs, policies and capabilities into workflows and procedures.
Lead operational integration of new tools with training and go-live planning.
Be a process reference for operators, capturing lessons learned for improvements.
Collaborate with product teams to align backlogs and solution delivery.
