Adecco Permanent Recruitment in Belgium seeks a Business Process Engineer for the Kortenberg area. You will implement an ERP and other systems, analyze existing processes, and define best practices for rollout and maintenance across the European team.

You will map processes to SharePoint, document flows, assess risks, and drive optimization. Strong English, analytical and communication skills are essential, with travel in Europe (10-20%) and occasional home office.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to critically question processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Accuracy and care in the analysis and documentation.
• English language is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current processes and map them to SharePoint.
• Document visualization of process and procedure flows.
• Identify risks in business processes and propose mitigations.
• Re-engineer and optimize business processes and policies.
• Propose smarter process management solutions for performance and cost.
• Illustrate project objectives and measurements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Participate in incremental agile software development for product development.
• Support evaluation and testing of administrative system changes.
• Stay updated with new features and industry trends, educate the group.
