Job summary

Elia Group’s National Control Center in Belgium is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead real-time balancing projects within FCR/aFRR/mFRR domains, and participate in European platform evolutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, refine requirements with product squads, and ensure smooth rollouts, training, and incident support, with regular onsite presence and some international travel.

Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required, plus a Master’s degree and at least three

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical or economic field
• At least three years of work experience in the energy industry
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French; willingness to improve Dutch or French
• Strong initiative, autonomous and team player
• Ability to design and implement new processes; proactive improvement
• Analytical with ability to prepare detailed error analyses
• Travel within Europe two to four days per quarter, if required

Responsibilities

• Manage complex change projects linked to new NCC processes
• Coordinate project teams and define business needs
• Refine requirements with product teams and approve design proposals
• Write operational procedures and provide training
• Roll-out and hypercare after go-lives
• Ensure reporting and stakeholder visibility
• Represent NCC operational needs in internal and external project teams
• Provide support to operational teams during incidents
