NMBS-SNCB is seeking a Portfolio/Project Management Officer (PMO) to enable high-quality project delivery within the Portfolio Management Support Office. You will support ServiceNow SPM, governance, reporting and financial follow-up, acting as a SPOC for Business NMBS and contributing to Ypto/SNCB digital initiatives.

The role requires trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English at B2 level or higher (C1+ preferred) and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with around 3 years

Qualifications

• PMO experience and project management methodologies.
• Trilingual in Dutch, French and English with at least B2 level in each language (C1+ preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years of PMO/project management experience; junior to early-mid level.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyse, coordinate and follow up requirements, changes and enhancements for ServiceNow SPM.
• Coordinate UAT testing activities and participate in sprint planning; monitor testing progress.
• Organise bi-weekly requirements meetings with Business SNCB; provide training sessions; manage user access requests.
• Support project delivery processes, governance meetings, documentation, stakeholder advice, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Support financial governance, including SAP structure creation, budget follow-up and FPS Mobility reporting.
