Ypto/SNCB is seeking a Portfolio/PMO Officer to enable high-quality project delivery through governance, tooling, and financial follow-up. You will act as the Business Owner for Non-Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM and coordinate requirements with Business SNCB.

The role requires tri-lingual Dutch, French and English (B2+), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and around 3 years of PMO experience in an IT context.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMO practices and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with ServiceNow SPM is a strong asset.
• Ability to gather, analyse and manage business requirements, changes and enhancements.
• Ability to coordinate and/or execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support digital initiatives, integrations and governance-related changes.

Responsabilités

• Support project delivery processes, governance meetings, committees, documentation, stakeholder advice, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Collect, analyse, coordinate and follow up questions, changes, enhancements and user requirements related to ServiceNow SPM.
• Execute and/or coordinate UAT testing activities, participate in sprint planning, and monitor testing progress.
• Organise bi-weekly requirements meetings with Business SNCB, provide training, and manage user access requests.
• Support financial governance activities, including SAP-related budget follow-up and reporting to FPS Mobility.
