NMBS-SNCB is seeking a Portfolio/PMO to enable efficient project delivery through governance, tooling, and financial follow-up. You will own non-digital and business initiatives within ServiceNow SPM, coordinate requirements, and support testing and reporting.

The role requires trilingual Dutch, French and English (min B2, preferably C1+), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and about 3 years in PMO. Hybrid work near Brussels, with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years of relevant PMO/project management experience preferred (junior to early-medior).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SPM and SAP is an asset.
• Experience in IT environments is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate UAT testing, participate in sprint planning and monitor progress.

As a Portfolio/Project Management Officer (PMO), you are part of the Portfolio Management Support Office by enabling efficient and high-quality project delivery through project process support, tooling, governance, and financial follow-up. You act as the key SPOC for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) towards Business NMBS while contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of Ypto/SNCB and supporting project governance, reporting, and financial management activities.

You act as the Business Owner for Non-Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM.

• You collect, analyse, coordinate and follow up questions, changes, enhancements and user requirements related to ServiceNow SPM.
• You execute and/or coordinate UAT testing activities, participate in sprint planning, and monitor testing progress.
• You organize bi-weekly requirements meetings with Business SNCB, provide one-to-one training sessions, and manage user access requests.
• You support project delivery processes, governance meetings, committees, documentation, stakeholder advice, progress monitoring and reporting.
• You support financial governance activities, including SAP financial structure creation, budget follow-up and reporting on progress, budget and quality, including reporting to FPS Mobility.

You are trilingual in Dutch, French and English, with at least a B2 level in each language, preferably C1 or higher.

You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience.

You have ideally around 3 years of relevant experience in PMO and project management methodologies. We are looking for someone at a junior to early-medior level.

You also possess these technical skills:

• You have experience with PMO practices and project management methodologies.
• You have experience working with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM); this is a strong asset.
• You can gather, analyse and manage business requirements, changes and enhancements.
• You can coordinate and/or execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• You can support digital initiatives, integrations and governance-related changes.
• You can develop, test and maintain digital templates and frameworks, such as SteerCo templates and digital Project Management Plans.
• You can organize and facilitate requirements meetings with business stakeholders.
• You can provide user training and coaching on ServiceNow SPM usage.
• You can manage user access administration for Business NMBS.
• You can support project reporting, governance and portfolio follow-up activities.
• You have experience with SAP; this is an asset.
• You have experience in IT environments; this is an asset.

• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
