SNCB/NMBS is seeking a Hybrid Medior Transport PMO professional in Brussels to manage Non-Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM. You will collect user requirements, coordinate UAT, and train users while aligning with project governance.

Ideal candidates bring 3 years of PMO experience, a Bachelor’s or equivalent, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. A hybrid work model and strong stakeholder skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years in PMO and project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Professional Experience Required.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Business Owner for Non-Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM.
• Collect, analyze, and follow up on user requirements related to ServiceNow SPM.
• Coordinate and execute UAT testing activities and monitor progress.
• Organize bi-weekly requirements meetings with Business SNCB.
• Provide training sessions and manage user access requests.
• Support project delivery processes and governance meetings.
• Support financial governance activities, including budget follow-up.
