SNCB is seeking a Portfolio/PMO professional to enable high-quality project delivery within ServiceNow SPM and related digital initiatives. You will own non-digital and business initiatives, coordinating requirements, UAT, and governance with SNCB and Ypto teams.

You bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, roughly 3 years PMO experience, and fluency in Dutch, French and English (minimum B2). SAP familiarity and IT environment exposure are assets.

Qualifications

• Dutch, French and English fluent with at least B2 in each language.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Around 3 years of PMO experience in project management methodologies; junior to early-medior level.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyse, coordinate and follow up questions, changes, enhancements and user requirements related to ServiceNow SPM.
• Coordinate and execute UAT testing; participate in sprint planning and monitor testing progress.
• Organise bi-weekly requirements meetings with Business SNCB; provide one-to-one training; manage user access requests.
• Support project delivery processes, governance meetings, documentation, stakeholder advice, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Support financial governance activities, including SAP structure creation, budget follow-up and reporting.
• Develop and maintain digital templates and frameworks (SteerCo templates, PM Plans).
