SNCB/NMBS in Belgium is seeking a PMO professional to support digital transformation initiatives within the Portfolio Management Support Office. You will manage ServiceNow SPM-based non-digital and business initiatives, collaborating with SNCB teams to collect user requirements and drive delivery.

The role involves coordinating UAT, organizing requirements meetings, delivering training, and supporting governance and budget processes to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years in PMO and project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as Business Owner for Non-Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM.
• Collect, analyze, and follow up on user requirements related to ServiceNow SPM.
• Coordinate and execute UAT testing activities and monitor progress.
• Organize bi-weekly requirements meetings with Business SNCB.
• Provide training sessions and manage user access requests.
• Support project delivery processes and governance meetings.
• Support financial governance activities, including budget follow-up.
