Ypto NV in Belgium is seeking a Portfolio/Project Management Officer (PMO) to enable high-quality project delivery through governance, tooling and financial follow-up. You will be the SPOC for ServiceNow SPM with Business SNCB and contribute to IT/digital transformation efforts.

You will coordinate requirements, UAT, training and reporting, supporting budget governance and project governance activities in a hybrid work environment near Brussels.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMO practices and project management methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a strong asset.
• Ability to gather, analyse and manage business requirements and changes.
• Capability to coordinate and/or execute UAT testing.
• Support digital initiatives, integrations and governance-related changes.
• Develop, test and maintain digital templates and project templates.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Business Owner for Non-Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM.
• Collect, analyse, coordinate and follow up questions, changes, enhancements and user requirements.
• Coordinate UAT testing activities and participate in sprint planning.
• Organise requirements meetings with Business SNCB and provide user training sessions.
• Support project delivery processes, governance meetings, documentation and reporting.
• Assist financial governance activities including budget follow-up and FPS Mobility reporting.
