Nodalview, a Brussels-based PropTech scale-up, is offering an HR Intern role to gain hands-on experience across the full employee journey, from attracting and onboarding top talent to wellbeing and development while ensuring smooth day-to-day workplace operations.

You’ll be involved in hiring processes, employer branding, onboarding week, learning culture, wellbeing initiatives, diversity and inclusion, events, and office logistics, in a supportive, international team with hybrid work in

Qualifications

• Efficient, goal-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and HR practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international team.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end hiring processes from briefs to interviews and offers.
• Assist with Employer Branding initiatives and onboarding week planning.
• Help organize onboarding, learning culture, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support efforts around diversity, inclusion, and a healthy working environment.
• Coordinate internal events, team activities, and daily office logistics.
