Nodalview, headquartered in Brussels, seeks an enthusiastic Customer Care & Logistics Intern to join our international team and engage with customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will support customer interactions, assist with logistics, and contribute to building a standout customer experience while collaborating across departments. This internship is ideal for a motivated student seeking hands-on growth and real impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level and above (End of study internship, Gap year internship).
• French is your primary language, and you have a good command of English.
• Efficiency is your second nature, and you are not afraid to pick up your phone.
• You can communicate well with others and have strong organizational skills.
• You have an analytical mindset and can juggle multiple tasks.
• You take initiative and are a fast learner.

Responsabilités

• Advise and guide our customers through the use of Nodalview by replying to our customers' multiple requests.
• Transfer customer feedbacks to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests.
• Arrange the shipping of our customers' orders and follow up on material warranties.
• Collaborate with the sales team to answer shipping inquiries and drive solutions.
• Participate in building the Nodalview customer experience strategy.
• Immerse yourself in the core of a SaaS company and communicate with every department.
