Nodalview invites an Account Manager intern to join the Customer Success team in Brussels. You will manage renewals, guide customers through their journey, and lead trainings to help users maximize value from the platform.

This six‑month internship is ideal for motivated students with a commercial mindset and EU work eligibility. You’ll collaborate with a global team, contribute to growth initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in a fast‑growing PropTech SaaS company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level and above (end-of-study or gap-year internship).
• French as primary language with good command of English.
• Internship of 6 months with ability to start Dec 2026 / Jan 2027.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager intern to join our Customer Success department at Nodalview!

Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like?

• Take ownership of subscription renewals.
• Proactively secure contract continuation while identifying growth opportunities.
• Advise and guide our customers throughout their whole Customer Journey.
• Participate & host customer trainings to make them discover best practices & how to get the most value from the Nodalview platform.
• Proactively identify customers that might be experiencing problems and reach out to them to help, even before they come to us!
• Handle commercial discussions (Reactivations, Upsells & downsells and even retention calls!).
• Participate in exciting projects within the team (Recording tutorials, & help us build the best Customer Experience strategy for our dear customers).
• Transfer customer feedbacks to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests to our solution that would delight our customers even more!

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor level and above (End of study internship, Gap year internship)
• French is your primary language (as you will mainly contact French customers) and you have a good command of English (most of our internal communications are in English).
• Efficiency is your second nature, and you are not afraid to pick up your phone
• You can communicate well with others
• You have a commercial mindset
• You are motivated by customer growth and satisfaction (upsell, renewals, account management)
• You take initiative and you’re a fast learner
• You have an acquaintance with tech and would like to understand more about how a SaaS company operates from the core
• You have to do an internship of 6 months
• You genuinely care about helping others with empathy
• You have a valid EU work permit
• You are currently enrolled in school and can provide an internship agreement
• And above all, you are hungry for growth and are willing to learn
• Start date: December 2026 /January 2027
