Nodalview, Brussels HQ, is looking for an HR Intern to support end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and people operations in a fast-growing PropTech environment. You’ll collaborate with the HRBP Isabella, gain hands-on experience across the employee journey, and help cultivate a positive workplace culture.

This 4–6 month internship offers learning, mentorship, and real responsibility in a global team, with hybrid work from Brussels and opportunities to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end hiring process, including briefs with managers, screening, interviews, offers.
• Help build an Employer Branding Strategy.
• Organize the onboarding week for new joiners.
• Build a learning culture and help employees find training opportunities.
• Work on diverse well-being initiatives.
• Support initiatives around diversity and inclusion.
• Contribute to a good and healthy working environment.
• Assist with internal events, team gatherings, and daily office logistics.

As our HR Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full employee journey, from attracting and onboarding top talent, to supporting wellbeing and development, while making sure our workplace runs smoothly every day. This internship is a great opportunity to discover how company culture, office management, and people practices come together to create an engaging employee experience, alongside Isabella, HRBP.

You could be involved in projects such as:

• Supporting the end-to-end hiring process, including taking briefs with managers, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with offers.
• Helping build an attractive Employer Branding Strategy.
• Organizing the onboarding week to welcome our new joiners.
• Building a learning culture and helping employees find interesting training opportunities.
• Working on diverse well‑being initiatives.

• Supporting initiatives to offer a good and healthy working environment.
• Assisting with internal events, team gatherings, and daily office logistics.

Who are we looking for?
