Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our HR team overseeing payroll and administration across Belgium and the Netherlands. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, service orientation and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage payroll input, data accuracy, benefits, and lifecycle changes for blue and white-collar staff, non-residents, and enhance processes with SOX-compliant controls while collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience with Belgian payroll knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; proficient in French.
• Experience with payroll systems (eBlox/Protime/ADP).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration from input collection to final checks for Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Ensure accurate data, contracts, absences, working time and lifecycle changes.
• Coordinate bonus and warrant processes with stakeholders.
• Prepare payroll-related surveys and respond to employee questions.
• Produce reports per legal requirements and business needs.
• Maintain confidential HR records and SOX control documentation.
• Support HR with other priorities when required.
