Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage Belgium and the Netherlands payroll operations from Olen or Zaandam. The role requires coordinating with vendors, HR, and finance to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

You will validate data, handle regulatory requirements, and support process improvements across countries, while aligning with local workforce governance and collective bargaining agreements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and social security requirements.
• Experience with Belgian and Dutch payroll processes and compliance.
• Ability to work with external payroll vendors and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration and day-to-day operations for Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, processing, validations, and outputs with vendors and internal teams.
• Validate payroll data, statutory calculations, tax obligations, and local practices.
• Ensure compliance with country legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
• Support payroll testing, system updates, and process improvements.
