Job summary

The Profile Group in Belgium is seeking a payroll expert to own the payroll essentials with room to grow. You will coordinate Belgian payroll for about 30 employees, liaising with external payroll partners to ensure timely, accurate input and follow-up.

You will also participate in broader HR activities, helping with onboarding, benefits initiatives, process improvements and recruitment support, while collaborating with experienced HR colleagues for meaningful responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with Belgian payroll processes and partners.
• Ability to manage employee records and HR data accurately.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment requirements and compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Belgian payroll administration for ~30 employees with external partners.
• Manage employee records, contracts, absences, benefits and changes.
• Act as first point of contact for payroll and day-to-day HR questions.
• Help maintain HR reporting and compliance with Belgian requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and assist with benefits initiatives.
• Support HR processes, training, engagement and projects.
