Jobat is seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to support payroll and human resources activities in Brussels. The role combines payroll expertise with opportunities to contribute to broader HR projects and the employee lifecycle.

You will coordinate Belgian payroll for about 30 employees, manage records and respond to HR questions, while collaborating with seasoned colleagues to improve processes and reporting.

• Solid foundation in Belgian payroll and HR administration.
• Hands-on HR Coordinator with willingness to broaden responsibilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving in HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Belgian payroll administration for ~30 employees with external payroll partners; ensure timely, accurate input and follow-up.
• Manage employee records, contracts, absences, benefits and personnel changes.
• Act as first point of contact for payroll and day-to-day HR questions.
• Help maintain HR reporting and compliance with Belgian employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding; ensure new colleagues feel welcome and supported.
• Contribute to employee benefits, mobility and cafeteria plan initiatives.
• Help improve HR processes, procedures and employee-facing information.
• Support recruitment coordination, training, engagement and other HR projects.
