Job summary

Pernod Ricard Belgium SA is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist Benelux to join our HR team in Brussels. You will oversee monthly payroll processing for Belgium and the Netherlands, coordinate with external partners, and manage the Benelux car fleet and employee benefits.

You will handle expat cases, career mobility, and data‑driven payroll analytics, ensuring accuracy and compliance. A strong affinity for data and confidentiality is essential, with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Payroll, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll administration experience in Belgium; Dutch payroll knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full monthly payroll cycle for Belgium and the Netherlands in collaboration with external partners.
• Oversee Benelux car fleet, insurances, and employee contracts.
• Coordinate expat and international mobility cases with EY and partners.
• Prepare payroll reports, dashboards, and KPIs; ensure data quality and confidentiality.
