Job summary

Stoïk is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee payroll and HR processes in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will collaborate with local teams, drive payroll compliance, and standardise benefits policies while managing HRIS and social-provider relationships.

You will support onboarding/offboarding processes, advise managers on HR matters, and contribute to Stoïk’s growing European footprint in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Belgian and Dutch payroll and HR operations skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, high attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive, adaptable, a good listener, and highly organized.
• Comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll for Belgium and the Netherlands with HR compliance and standards.
• Daily Operations: Act as the key user of the HRIS and manage relationships with social providers; benchmark policies.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle pre-onboarding and guide managers during offboarding; support administrative offboarding.
