Profile Group in Brussels seeks an HR Coordinator with solid Belgian payroll experience to manage payroll for ~30 employees and support HR activities. You will handle records, contracts, absences, benefits and changes, serving as the payroll interface and day-to-day HR reference.

Beyond payroll, you’ll contribute to onboarding, benefits, recruitment coordination and HR process improvements, with room to grow across the employee lifecycle in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Around three years or more of relevant experience in Belgian payroll and HR administration, including benefits.
• Good knowledge of Belgian employment administration and Excel; interest in HR systems.
• SD Worx experience is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Belgian payroll administration for ~30 employees with external payroll partners.
• Manage employee records, contracts, absences, benefits and personnel changes.
• Act as first point of contact for payroll and day-to-day HR questions.
• Support HR reporting and compliance with Belgian employment requirements.
