Jobat is assisting a leading international fashion company with Brussels offices to recruit a Payroll Coordinator. You will coordinate monthly payroll in collaboration with external providers, ensure Belgian social legislation compliance, and serve as the main contact for employees on payroll matters.

You will prepare payroll reports and analyses, drive payroll optimisation and digitalisation projects, and support transformation initiatives within HR and payroll.
