BP Belgium is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will blend HR administration with employee services, payroll coordination, and local employment expertise to deliver a high-quality employee experience.

In this role, you will manage onboarding, lifecycle events, payroll data validation, and staff inquiries, acting as the local HR contact for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, employee services, HR operations, payroll coordination, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment legislation and local HR practices.
• Experience supporting payroll preparation, payroll data validation, or payroll vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring local compliance and operational excellence.
• Act as a trusted local HR contact for employees and managers, handling HR, benefits, leave, and payroll-related queries.
• Coordinate onboarding, internal moves, contract changes, and offboarding.
• Support payroll preparation activities and liaise with payroll provider for accurate outcomes.
• Ensure accurate HR data management across HR systems and documentation.
