Job summary

5th floor is seeking an experienced HR generalist to own payroll, HR administration and belgian social legislation. The role covers compensation, benefits, and HR projects, with a hands-on, autonomous approach within a small to mid-sized organisation. You will drive digitalisation of processes and maintain strong internal interfaces.

The position offers a permanent contract with a potential 4/5th part-time schedule, remote work options, and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience, including payroll, compensation & benefits, and as an HR all-rounder in a mid-sized organisation.
• Sound knowledge of Belgian social legislation and of HR operations.
• Experience in the IT / services sector
• Degree in HR, law or equivalent, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & HR administration including end-to-end payroll cycle and HR data integrity.
• Design onboarding/offboarding processes and manage HR reporting.
• Oversee compensation & benefits, mobility policies and external brokers.
• Lead HR projects, digitisation, tool selection and process automation.
