Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Process Expert in Payments for a client-site consultancy. You will lead process improvements across international and FX payments, collaborating with CMPS stakeholders to accelerate STP, improve speed, and enhance client satisfaction.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 5+ years in international payments, strong process modelling and PM skills, plus fluency in French and English with Dutch proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in international payments and change management.
• Strong ability to model and improve payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Payment Expert within the Payment Excellence Lab.
• Address root causes of inefficiencies in international and FX payments.
• Lead cross-border collaboration and drive innovative solutions.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and STP improvements.
