Job summary

DynaFin Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Payments Process Specialist to own and optimize end-to-end payment processes for financial services clients. You will drive improvements and ensure governance across payments functions.

You will monitor KPIs and SLAs, coordinate with Risk, Compliance and IT, and support implementation and testing to deliver measurable performance gains for our clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in process management, operational improvement or transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience managing or improving end-to-end processes.
• Strong Payments knowledge, ideally including PSD2 experience.
• Experience with SEPA, SEPA Instant, Cards, acquiring/issuing or international payments.
• Knowledge of process governance, BPMN, KPIs, SLAs, risks and controls.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve end-to-end payment processes.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, SLAs, controls and operational indicators.
• Analyse incidents, bottlenecks and root causes and drive process improvements.
• Define process governance, ownership, roles and procedures.
• Coordinate Process Owners, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data and IT.
• Support implementation, testing, adoption and performance follow-up.
