Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Payment Expert to join our Payments Excellence Lab, based in Belgium with client-site engagements. You will drive improvements across international and FX payments, embedding best practices in cross-border operations and automation.

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will travel to Paris occasionally, work 50% on-site and 50% remotely, and collaborate with stakeholders to raise speed, accuracy, and STP in the payment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in international payments and process analysis.
• Experience with process modelling and change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior Payment Expert within the Payment Excellence Lab, embedded in the CMPS organization.
• Address root causes of inefficiencies in international and FX payments, orchestrate cross-border collaboration, and pioneer innovative solutions.
• Lead initiatives to streamline payment flows from pre-validation to post-processing.
• Embed AI-driven improvements to speed, accuracy, and straight-through processed (STP).
