Senior International Payments Process Architect

Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior process expert to optimize end-to-end international and FX payments. You will reduce friction from pre-validation to post-processing through process changes, technology, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will model payment flows, identify root causes, coordinate with stakeholders and banks, and deliver changes on time while sharing knowledge for adoption. Strong language skills in French, English, and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in international payments
• Proven business and process analysis and change management experience
• Detailed knowledge of payment flows from initiator to final beneficiary
• Experience with process modelling tools and flow charts
• Strong MS Office and data analytics skills
• Understanding of IT architecture and workflow processes
• Project management experience and knowledge of its principles
• Knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques
• Structured, analytical thinking and practical problem-solving
• Independent working, stakeholder alignment and attention to detail
• Negotiation, persuasion and teamwork skills; flexibility towards change
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• French, C1, written and spoken
• English, C1, written and spoken
• Dutch, C1, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes of inefficiencies in international payment flows.
• Model payment processes and identify improvements.
• Coordinate cross-border improvements with stakeholders and correspondent banks.
• Deliver payment process changes on time and within scope.
